Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping is free to the US, Canada, UK, and Australia — no minimums. US & Canada orders typically arrive within 5-9 business days; UK & Australia orders typically arrive within 7-14 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also reach out any time via our Contact page and we'll look up your order status for you.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we currently ship free of charge to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Don't see your country listed? Reach out and we'll let you know if we can accommodate a special request.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. See our full Refund Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards along with other secure checkout options available at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Maison Glo does not store your card details — all payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-compliant, encrypted checkout.
