30-Day Returns

We want you to love your Maison Glo pieces. If something isn't right, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to Start a Return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
